Long-term survivor Annette Leal Mattern put the plan into effect and will report on her success with the program with these results: reduced pain and fatigue, improved energy and quality of life, and the possibility of reducing the rate of recurrence (according to the Arizona Cancer Institute). In this session, Annette will share her experience and materials to help you employ these new survival strategies.
